About the CÉAC

EXPRESSION’s publications are distributed in Canada by Diffusion Dimedia and by CÉAC, a collective of publishers of books on contemporary art that have joined together to reflect on the subject of art publications of all forms. CÉAC’s currently active members (art centres, galleries, and museums) are: Centre Sagamie; the Galerie de l’UQAM; EXPRESSION, Centre d’exposition de Saint-Hyacinthe; the Leonard & Bina Ellen Gallery of Concordia University; MOMENTA | Biennale de l’image; the Musée d’art de Joliette; Plein sud, centre d’exposition en art actuel; VOX, centre de l’image contemporaine; and VU Centre de diffusion et de production de la photographie.

Membership in CÉAC also affirms that we believe in the relevance of publishing and distributing high-quality books about contemporary and current art.
