The title of this collection is the theme of the 5th edition of the ORANGE event. What is the ORANGE event? First of all, it’s a tasty event with a flavor of knowledge, founded by Mélanie Boucher in 2003 in co-founding with Marcel Blouin, who is the general manager of the Expression center in St-Hyacinthe.

St-Hyacinthe is first and foremost a city whose economy is dominated by the agri-food industry and it is for this reason that contemporary art has been associated with all that is food. It is therefore a sort of laboratory event, an event, as we said, with a flavor of knowledge. Through this event, we explore food, our eating habits, food as a medium and as an artistic medium, particularly in performative art.
